Please note: Your login and password for this website is NOT the same as for the MTA website.
If your email address is already on file with MTA, an account on this site may have already been created for you. To log in for the first time, use the email address on file with MTA and the generic password "MichiganTwps53". Once you are logged in, you can change the password by clicking on "Profile". If you have problems with the generic password or need a new account created, please contact MTA at (517) 321-6467 or email email@example.com.
Next, click here to test your computer and Internet connectivity, to verify that the system will work properly for you.
Depending on the results, you may be required to download a program or update your software to ensure complete functionality. See below for more details on system requirements.
Registering for a webcast
1) You can register online at any time. Simply log in, then add the webcasts desired to your cart, apply your discount codes (if any), and enter your payment information. You will receive an automatic confirmation email, which will contain links to view the webcast(s) purchased.
To register by check, please add all items to your cart, apply any discount code(s), then print a copy of your cart and mail with a check for the amount indicated. Please allow a minimum of three business days from receipt of check for your order to be processed. After processing, an email confirmation will be sent.
2) When you are ready to view a webcast, log in to the website then click on "Dashboard" and select the webcast name you wish to view (or click the link in your confirmation email). Navigate to the Content tab then select "View On Demand Recording" to start the webcast. To download handouts, select the handouts tab and click each link separately.
3) You may view each webcast up to 3 times within one year from your purchase date. After one year or 3 logins (whichever comes first) your password will expire.

We recommend that you use the link below to ensure your computer is configured correctly before attempting to purchase a webcast. If you primarily use Google Chrome (which is not compatible with these webcasts) you will need to download a different browser, such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, to view the videos. Please ensure that your browser is fully updated before viewing webcasts.
Note that the quality of your computer speakers will determine the quality of sound you hear. For best audio performance, we recommend using external speakers or headphones.
Before or after the presentation, you can access handout materials and other resources by going to your dashboard when logged in at https://mta.elevate.commpartners.com. Look for the "Handouts" tab under each webcast you have purchased.
Test Your System
The software needed to view MTA webcasts is very common; most people already have it installed on their computer. However, we recommend that you click here to test your system (on the computer you will use to view the webcast) before purchasing a webcast. Some Chromebooks or other tablets may not have appropriate software, so advance testing is highly recommended.
If you are able to complete the test, you will be able to view the webcast. If you are not able to complete the test, you will be prompted to install any needed software.
NOTE: If you do not have the needed software and you do not have permission to install new software, you will not be able to view a webcast. To fix this problem, contact your IT department or specialist to install the needed software or updates.
